SÉMILLON & SAUVIGNON BLANC 2014
Voted into the Top 100 wines by Wine Enthusiast Magazine for the 2010 vintage, our 2011 vintage offers the best of the Franschhoek region, where it was harvested early in the morning to preserve the natural aromas of orange peel and fresh tropical fruit and a delicate aftertaste derived from maturation in oak barrels for seven months.

VITICULTURE & VINIFICATION
The grapes have been specially selected from the Franschoek region to create state of the art wines. All these grapes have been harvested early morning as to preserve the natural aromas. Only the beste grape bunches have been selected and thrown into the press. After the press process was completed the juice was directly poured into barrels. Once inside the barrels natural fermenting took place and the wine was left on the primary yeast sediment for 7 months.

DESCRIPTION OF WINE
